Fume Extraction System

Fume extraction system is used for collection and purification of rubber mixing generated fume/smoke and power dust in rubber factory. 

Fume extraction system will collect the dust/fume/smoke generating during machine production, then the collected dust/fume/smoke can be purified and emission into air. 

This system synthesizes the advantages of reverse air (R/A) and pulse jet baghouses and overcomes their flaws—low collection efficiency for the compartmentalized R/A baghouse, and the redeposit of dust for the jet baghouse.

5.Dust with high resistivity can be easily collected because plates and electrodes are washed by liquid. 

6.PM2.5 particles, aerosol, mercury and other heavy metal collection efficiency are 90%. 

7.SO2 collection efficiency can be over 90%. Water vapor collection efficiency can be over 75%.
