They are vacuum-sealed in class 10 environment in double layer packing. And also are shipped in equivalent boxes made from ultra-clean polypropylene.

Q: What are your main products?
A: Semi grade silicon wafer, prime grade silicon wafer, test grade silicon wafer, Mono crystal silicon ingot.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: In general delivery time is about 3 weeks for custom produced silicon wafer or silicon ingot. except stock ones or some special wafers.
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra?
A: We can provide free samples if we have stock as your request, while custom produced samples which are small quantity are not free.
Q: What is your after service?
A: 30 days and free replacement (includes the shipping charges for any defect with wafers)
